Make India Enterprises supplies water treatment, water bottling and industrial machinery. Because many of our machines are selected, configured, manufactured or supplied according to the customer’s technical requirements, our return and refund policy differs from ordinary consumer products.

1. Product Enquiry and Quotation

Product prices displayed on our website may be indicative or starting prices where mentioned as “₹___ onwards.”

The final price may vary depending on:

  • Capacity
  • Machine configuration
  • Automation level
  • Number of heads/cavities
  • Materials and components
  • Customization
  • Installation requirements
  • Transportation
  • Applicable taxes
  • Other technical specifications

A formal quotation or order confirmation issued by Make India Enterprises will govern the final commercial terms.

2. Cancellation Before Order Confirmation

Enquiries and quotations may generally be cancelled before an order is formally accepted and production/procurement has started.

If an advance payment has already been received, the refund will depend on whether procurement, customization, manufacturing or other committed expenses have already been incurred.

3. Customized and Made-to-Order Machinery

Customized, made-to-order, specially configured or manufactured machinery may not be eligible for cancellation, return or refund after production/procurement has commenced, except where required by applicable law or where otherwise agreed in writing.

Customers should confirm technical specifications, capacity, configuration, electrical requirements and other relevant details before approving an order.

4. Standard Machinery

For standard, non-customized machinery, any return or cancellation will be considered according to the specific quotation, invoice, warranty terms and applicable law.

The product must not have been installed, modified, used or damaged if a return is approved.

5. Damaged Products

If machinery or components are received with visible transport damage:

  1. Inform us as soon as possible.
  2. Take photographs/videos of the packaging and machinery.
  3. Do not remove or modify damaged components unnecessarily.
  4. Share the delivery documents and photographs with us.

We will assess the issue and coordinate with the logistics provider or manufacturer, as applicable.

6. Defective or Non-Conforming Machinery

If a product has a manufacturing defect or materially differs from the agreed specifications, please contact us promptly.

Depending on the nature of the issue, the remedy may include:

  • Repair
  • Replacement of defective components
  • Technical support
  • Reinstallation where applicable
  • Other remedy agreed under the applicable warranty/order terms

7. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, it will generally be processed through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.

Refund timing may depend on the payment provider and banking system.

8. Non-Refundable Charges

Where applicable, the following may be deducted or treated separately from the machinery price:

  • Transportation charges
  • Installation charges already incurred
  • Customization costs
  • Special procurement costs
  • Third-party charges
  • Payment gateway charges where applicable
  • Taxes or statutory charges that cannot be recovered

9. Warranty

Warranty coverage, if applicable, will be governed by the warranty terms provided with the specific machinery/order.

Warranty may not cover damage caused by:

  • Improper installation
  • Unauthorized modification
  • Incorrect electrical supply
  • Improper operation
  • Negligence
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Consumable components
  • Improper maintenance
  • Use outside specified operating conditions
